AM June 24-28th All-ages Pottery

Service Description

This 5 day class is perfect for all students, from ones new to working with clay to a more seasoned ceramicist. We will learn wheel throwing and hand-building techniques. Students should be 6+ years of age. Cost: $275 (all supplies included) Class will be held at -Main Street Pottery 410 E Main St, Norman, OK 73071(Next door to STASH) Class Description: Students will learn about the different stages of clay and the ceramic process. You will throw, trim and glaze multiple ceramic pieces. We will make about 4-6 in class projects and can make more if time allows. Students will then learn the basics of glazing and firing as their work is first bisque-fired, then glaze-fired to completion. -Students should wear clothes that they can get dirty. We will have a snack break each day. Each student should bring a water bottle with a lid. We will provide a snack such as a chocolate chip chewy granola bar, pretzels or bag of cheez-its. Feel free to send your own snack if preferred. Cancellation Policy: ***If an unforeseen circumstance were to arise and you would need to withdraw from a class, you can receive a refund up to 14 days prior to the first lesson, but must incur a $75 cancellation fee. We cannot provide refunds for class withdrawals less than 14 days from the start date, however, classes are transferrable. Please notify us if you would like to transfer the set of classes to another person to attend in your place before lessons begin.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: In-studio classes are non-refundable 7 days before the first class starts. Unless the space for the class is filled by someone else before the classes start. If someone else fills the space a 75% refund will be issued. Any refund requested before the 7 day cut off is subject to a $15 processing fee which will be deducted from your refund total. (If something comes up for you I will always try, if I'm able, to help you reschedule your class for a later date.)
