This is a slip cast porcelain cup. It has a unique snowy pine tree design that is individually painted in a mold with stained porcelain slip. After it is bisque fired the inside is costed with clear glaze so it will be food safe. Then it is fired to cone 6 to create a strong clay body. Finally the gold luster is added and it is fired to cone 020. This sale is for the exact cup in the pictures.
