This is a slip cast porcelain mug. It has a unique snowy pine tree design that is individually painted in a mold with stained porcelain slip. After it is bisque fired the inside is costed with clear glaze so it will be food safe. Then it is fired to cone 6 to create a strong clay body. Finally the gold luster is added and it is fired to cone 020. This sale is for a mug that will be made to order. It will be similar to the mug in the pictures but not exactly the same as the mug in the pictures.
