This is a wheel-thrown porcelain mug. After the handle is attached the underglaze transfers are applied before it is bisque fired. After the first firing 4 different types of glaze are applied. Then it is fired to cone 6 to create a very durable clay body and allow the glazes to run which created the beautiful drippy effect. This sale is for the exact mug in the pictures.
